Diana Tikasz has worked in the teaching and healthcare sectors for the past 29 years and has worked in emergency department crisis teams, coordinated hospital-based sexual assault/domestic violence treatment programs and counselled those who have been traumatized by violence. Diana specializes in teaching individuals who are experiencing stress/burnout/direct or indirect trauma about the neurobiology of stress, and the tools and practices that can help keep them centred and well. Diana is the developer and instructor of WTF: Strategies to Keep Helping Professionals Grounded and Centered a training program she offers at www.tendacademy.ca
